Welcome to Casive. “We,” “us,” and “our” mean Casive, 1823 11th Ave, Belvidere, IL 61008, United States. Casive operates Casive.co and related services (the “Services”). The store is powered by Shopify.

These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, govern your use of the Services. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Access

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province. You are responsible for information you submit and for activity on your account.

2. Products

We try to show cases accurately. Color and finish can differ by screen. Descriptions may change, and we may limit or discontinue a product. Cases are designed for the listed iPhone model only.

3. Orders

An order is an offer. We may accept or decline it. It is accepted when we confirm it and payment is processed. After an order is processed, cancellation follows the Refund Policy. Purchases are for personal use, not resale.

4. Prices and billing

The price is the price at checkout, plus any taxes shown. Posted prices can change. You agree that payment details are accurate and that you are authorized to use them. Payments are processed by our payment provider.

5. Shipping

Shipping is free. Handling is 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Transit is 7–9 days, Monday through Saturday. Total delivery is estimated at 8–11 business days and is not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes when the carrier receives the package.

6. Returns

Returns and refunds follow the Refund Policy. We do not publish a return address. If a return is approved, you pay return shipping.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, photos, and the Casive name are owned by Casive or its licensors. You may use the site for personal shopping only. iPhone is a trademark of Apple Inc. Casive is not affiliated with Apple.

8. Shopify

Casive is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. Sales are made directly with Casive. Shopify is not responsible for products you buy from us. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from purchases with Casive.

9. Privacy

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Shopify also processes data as described in Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

10. Prohibited use

You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes, to infringe rights, to harass, to send spam, or to disrupt the site.

11. Disclaimer and liability

The Services and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by Illinois law, Casive is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Illinois have exclusive venue, except where the law does not allow that.
