Refund policy

Unused cases in original packaging can be returned within 30 days.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging. Used, damaged, or incomplete returns are not accepted.

Returns are by mail. Email support@casive.co before you ship so we can confirm the return.

There is no restocking fee. The return label is the customer’s responsibility. You pay return shipping.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the return.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt. Your bank may take longer to post it.

To cancel before the order ships, email support@casive.co or use the contact page. Once it has shipped, use the return process above.
