Casive operates Casive.co, including related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). The store is powered by Shopify. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you visit, use, or buy from the Services, or otherwise contact us. If the Terms and this Privacy Policy conflict on personal information, this Privacy Policy controls.

The Services are hosted by Shopify. Information you submit is transmitted to Shopify and to providers that may be outside your country. See the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and the Shopify Privacy Portal.

Links to other sites are not controlled by Casive. Review their policies before you use them.

Children

The Services are not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information and we will delete it.

Security and retention

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, meet legal duties, and resolve disputes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or receive a copy of personal information, and to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising those rights. We may need to verify your identity. We respond as required by law.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as an opt-out for that browser where the law requires it. We do not respond to other Do Not Track signals.
